f anyone is looking for heating or cooling installation or repairs, I highly recommend The Heat Shop. Zac was fantastic — not only skilled, but also responsible, respectful, and highly professional.
What really stood out was the communication from the team. It was first class and, importantly, consistent — texts before arrival, updates on arrival, and clear explanations of the work being done and why.
It’s rare to find both quality tradesmanship and excellent customer service at the same time, but they delivered 100% on both. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Great people to deal with
We had ducted heating and cooling installed by The Heat Shop and I can’t recommend them enough. Mark and his team went above and beyond, with fantastic communication throughout. Excellent service from start to finish and so glad we chose them!
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark, Guy and team who installed our ducted heating and cooling. Great job from a very professional team. Very happy customer
Quick install and Mark was super helpful even helping with some broken roof tiles left over from when the house was built. We were recommended to use the heat shop by family and they were great.
Great customer service from first enquiry, to final product highly recommend!
Just had our ducted AC system serviced since installed by Heat Shop 5 years ago. Terrific product and installation, and Zach who arrived to conduct the service was terrific - friendly, helpful, knew the product well, and gave us some useful advice. A fine young man - thx Zach and Heat Shop Team.
I was extremely happy with the whole process of getting Solar Panels installed on my roof. The whole process, from ordering through to installation, was made as seamless as possible thanks to the great team at The Heat Shop.
Thanks guys for a fantastic job. The guys couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. They left the place spotless and finished within the time specified. Greatly appreciated. Cheers Victoria
